This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Riu Plaza Victoria and we will stay again! It has the most wonderful location in Victoria, it’s modern and welcoming. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The bar is small but really nice and we enjoy a drink and a snack before bed when we get back from the theatre. It is very good value for money for its location and how comfortable the stay is.

Location is great. I booked the room with a window and it was a great size. Shower could have been a lot warmer however. We were on the first floor and I was woken up a lot during the night with unsociable behaviour outside. There is a lot of homeless outside the hotel so I was quite nervous of this when walking by myself to the hotel. Good value for money but I just would be weary of this fact. Might have felt safer if my room wasn’t on the first floor.

Finally a very good hotel in London for a fair price. Big room, high standards, brand new location, modern and well designed. My room was perfectly clean and smelling nice no unpleasent smell like in any hotel in the city center of London.

The location (very close to victoria underground) and close to Buckingham palace. The breakfast was super! The biggest variety of choice I have ever seen!

The location of the hotel is great! Next to Victoria Station where you can go everywhere. Breakfast very good.

From the moment we walked in staff was attentive to our needs. We arrived early because our flight landed at 6:45am. A staff members took our bags to keep them safe until we were able to check in. We completed the check in process and staff helped me on with my jacket so we could go explore London until our room was ready. The hotel is in an easy walk to Victoria Station, the location where the Harry Potter studio bus pick up was & where the Rabbies bus picked up for our day trip. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! So many options available! Our room was very clean and was refreshed daily. The hotel itself was also spotless! I can not say enough about our stay! Highly recommend to anyone coming to London!

The manager & 1 of the receptionist were extremely Rude as if they r couple teaming toward the customer if u talk to one of them . Very unprofessional to have a couple working same place like that .. Mostly, just asking them to put the ice pack for Insulin injections in freezer was a total no despite talking to the manager & begging them as i have a flight and need them iced !!!

The hotel is located a a quiet part of Victoria station with easy access to public transportation and taxis. The breakfast offers variety of selections. The room was spacious and quiet.

Excellent customer service at reception, professional, prompt and welcoming! Super clean bedroom, could not be faulted. Bed was similarly cozy and had an enjoyable, restful sleep. The location is just amazing for all local attractions and rail, metro connections. The buffet breakfast is outstanding and faultless.

Facilities are brand new, and the hotel had everything I needed for a short stay. Lovely spacious room with great views, and the set up for working was perfect. Check in was pretty smooth as well, I arrived an hour earlier and was able to work from the lounge area until my room was ready. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was definitely the highlight from my stay, even as a vegetarian I had plenty of fresh food to choose from.
